Mrs. Rosie "Jiggs" Lowrimore was born December 25, 1922 in Charleston, Arkansas, the daughter of Gusto Maier and Childa Pearl Sharp Maier. She was married to Marion Samuel Lowrimore on Sept. 22, 1943 in Ft. Smith, Ark. Mrs. Lowrimore was the loving wife of Marion for 66 years. She was also a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She attended the Church of God of Prophecy in Sprio, Oklahoma. Mrs. Lowrimore passed away on October 5, 2009 in Spiro, Ok. surrounded by her family.
Survivors are:
Husband of 66 years: Marion of the home
1 daughter and son in law: Bernice and Van Barkley of Muskogee, Oklahoma
1 son and daughter in law: Sam and Linda Lowrimore of Spiro, Oklahoma
2 granddaughters: Sharon Davis and Tiffany Daniels
1 great grandson and 2 great granddaughters
2 sisters: Clara Cowan of Sallisaw, Ok. and
Josephin Mueller of Palatine, Il.
1 sister in law: Elizabeth Maier of Spiro, Ok.

She was preceded in death by 1 grandson: Justin Lowrimore, 1 great grandson: Colton J. Mize Lowrimore, 4 sisters: Edith Goodman, Vivian Mantooth, Judy Clark and Janie Thigpen and 1 brother: George Maier | | |
