Mr. Donald Clifford Lewis was born January 1, 1930 in Portland, Maine, the son of Mr. Llewellyn Lewis and Mrs. Alice Maud (Gough) Lewis. He was married to Mary Alice Blake on November 22, 1957 in Milford, Connecticut. Mr. Lewis was a mechanical engineer and member of Sallisaw Church of Jesus of Christ of Latter Day Saints. He passed this life on March 18, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 79 years, 2 months and 17 days.

3 sons and 1 daughter in law: Donald Clifford Lewis, Jr. of Rochester, NY., David Llewellyn Lewis of Cocoa, Fl., and Christopher Charles and Lisa Ann Lewis of Tulsa, Ok.
