Faye Lewis was born March 29, 1930 in Carlsbad, New Mexico, the daughter of John Riley Tidwell and Ruby Mae Jackson Tidwell. She was married to Ralph Crockett Lewis on May 19, 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico. He preceded her in death on August 21, 2003 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Lewis was a homemaker and of the baptist faith. She passed this life on January 21, 2010 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 79 years, 9 months and 23 days.
