Randy Wayne Leathers was born June 21, 1963 in Bartlesville, Ok., the son of James R. Leathers, Sr. and Priscilla D. Chapman. He was a graduate of Central High School, a veteran and retired construction worker. He passed this life on April 21, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Ar. after having attained the age of 45 years and 10 months.
