James Woodrow Laymon was born May 25, 1941 in Stockton, California, the son of Woodrow Wilson Laymon and Della Mae (Chisum) Laymon. He was married to Allen (Risley) Laymon. Mr. Laymon passed this life on November 19, 2016 in Vian, Oklahoma at the age of 75.

He was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Janice Laymon; 1 grandson, Clifton Laymon; parents, Woodrow and Della (Chisum) Laymon; 2 brothers, Jerry Butch Laymon and Jackie Laymon
Funeral service is Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at 1 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma with burial at Box Cemetery in Vian,Oklahoma.
Viewing is Tuesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
