Susie Lucinda (Diffee) Kyle was born on September 30, 1914 in Sequoyah County, to Mary Elizabeth (Dixon) and William Alexander Diffee. She passed from this world on Friday, May 15, 2009 at 3:30pm. On October 4, 1932 she married William Sherman Kyle. They lived most of their married life on Sallisaw where they raised their two children, Bill and Pat. She was preceded in death by her parent, her husband, three sisters: Sylvia Blackston, Velma Denton, and Irene Barger, and 1 brother: Ira Diffee. Her son, Bill, was ushered into Heaven with her on Friday. She is survived by her daughter and son in law, Pat and Dr. George Royce, Jr. of Wilburton, her granddaughter, Patti and her husband Gary Rozell of Tahlequah, her grandson George Royce III and his wife Jonea of Wilburton, great grandson Dr. Kyle Rozell and his wife Mandy of Tahlequah, great granddaughter Sydney and her husband Aaron Dorrough of Del City, great grandson Hank Royce of Norman, great granddaughter Hannah Royce of Wilburton, and great great grandson Reiner Rozell of Tahlequah, one sister in law Laveta Kyle of Sallisaw and many very special nieces and nephews. |
