Lahoma Kuykendall, 77, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away Friday, March 17, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born March 26, 1939 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Wayne Paul Drake and Hazel (Morris) Drake. She married Perry Lee Kuykendall on August 26, 1957 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Kuykendall was an LPN and a Baptist.

Husband: Perry Kuykendall of the home
2 sons: Perry Kuykendall, Jr. and wife Edna of Oklahoma City, OK and John Drake of San Diego, CA
1 daughter: Karen Richards and husband William of Sallisaw, OK
7 grandchildren: Chad Drake Kuykendall, Trent Garrett Kuykendall, Nena Kidd, Jason Fulbright, Drew Fulbright, Ryan Richards and Justin Richards
4 great grandchildren: Sutton, Sadie, Cooper and Mason
1 sister: Angela Beaird of Sallisaw, OK
1 brother: Paul Drake of Sallisaw, OK
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Hazel Drake
Funeral service is Friday, March 24, 2017 at 2 pm at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
