Billy Kilgore, Sr. was born August 8, 1954 in Spiro, Oklahoma, the son of George Henry Kilgore and Lavada Ruth Williams Kilgore. He married Joyce Fern Harlow Kilgore on June 25, 1973 in Van Buren, Arkansas. Mr. Kilgore passed this life on June 14, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 54 years, 10 months and 6 days.
