Obituary

Anna Mae Kennie was born June 14, 1919 in Gum Springs community, Oklahoma, the daughter of Peter P. Hubler, Sr. and Ella J. (Powell) Hubler.  She married Earnest Laverne Kennie on May 29, 1937 in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma.  He preceded her
 in death on March 12, 2006 in Gore, Oklahoma.  Mrs. Kennie was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and worked as a cook for Fin and Feather Resort for 27 years.  She loved gardening and had the prettiest flowers on the mountain.  Mrs. Kennie passed this life on December 5, 2011 in Gore, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 92 years,
 5 months and 21 days.

Survivors are:

3 daughters and 2 sons in law:
 Wanda and Louie Gilliam of Tahlequah, Ok.,
 Wilma and Joe Smith of Muskogee, Ok.
 and Dortha Nail of Wagoner, Ok.

10 grandchildren and their spouses: Kennie and Lori Gilliam, Johnny and Christine Gilliam, Tonya and Jerry McManus,
Carrie and Carl Kelley, Melanie and Rex Edwards, Phyllis Worley, Haden Epperson, Laurie Nail, Julie Nail, and Jessie Nail

12 great grandchildren and 1 on the way
 
8 great great grandchildren and 1 on the way

3 sisters and 1 brother in law: Ella J. Swearengin, Mary Mannon and Frances and Harold Sumpter

5 brothers and sisters in law: Peter Jr. and Jewell Hubler,
John and Retha Hubler, William and Bernie Hubler,
 Parley and Nettie Hubler and Lynn and Erma Hubler

Brother in law: Lewis Warren

2 sisters in law: Ruth Hubler and Ruby West

Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by her husband:
Earnest Kennie, 2 infant daughters: Goldie and Phyllis Kennie,
 her parents: Peter and Ella Hubler, 1 sister:  Hazel Warren,
 2 brothers: George and Douglas Hubler and 3 sons in law:
 Junior Nail, Jack Epperson and George Worley.
