Geneva Mae Kelly was born April 23, 1930 in Marble City, Oklahoma, the daughter of John Patrick Dougherty and Nina Bell Ray Dougherty. She married Jimmy Eugene Kelly on August 4, 1948 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on June 18, 1999 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Kelly passed this life on May 15, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 82 years and 22 days.

She was preceded in death by her husband,
