Mr. Keith was born May 17, 1959 in Whittier, California, the son of James William Keith and Joann (Rose) Keith. He was a carpenter and of the assembly of god faith. He passed this life on May 22, 2008 in Grove, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 49 years and 5 days.
