Walter Eugene James was born January 4, 1927 in Charleston, Arkansas, the son of Harvey Jackson James and Jesse Elba Shirley James. He married Lois Marie Ashley James on May 29, 1947 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Mr. James passed this life on April 9, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 84 years, 3 months and 5 days.
