Opal Fern Jackson was born February 10, 1931 in Muldrow, Oklahoma, the daughter of Charlie Coker and Alta (Mitchell) Coker. She was married to Avis W. Jackson on February 4, 1946 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker, a substitute teacher at Muldrow Public Schools and of the Holiness Faith. She passed this life on February 2, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 80 years, 11 months and 22 days.
