Gladys Jewel Howell was born September 22, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Delbert DeArmond Bailey and Faye Lewis Bailey. She married Thomas C. Howell on December 24, 1963 in Claremore, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on May 29, 2000 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Howell passed this life on April 12, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 64 years, 6 months and 21 days.
