Hubert Dale Henry was born December 9, 1949 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Emery David Henry and Hazel Inez Brunk Henry. He passed this life on October 2, 2011 in Vian, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 61 years, 9 months and 23 days.
