Mr. James Lourance Hendrix
Jan. 3, 1933 - Feb. 18, 2007

James Lourance Hendrix was born January 3, 1933 in Bella Vista, California. The son of Alex Jack Hendrix and Jessie Mae Steele Hendrix. He married Wilma June "Jan" Qualls Hendrix on May 6, 1966 in Carson City, Nevada. He was the warehouse manager for Christ For Humanity, and was a 30+ member of the Teamsters Local Union #523. James passed this life on February 18, 2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 
74 years, 1 month and 15 days.

Survivors are:
Wife: Jan of the home;
4 Daughters: Katherine Black of Ca., Karen Burke of Tulsa, Ok., 
Kimberly Hendrix of NC., and Cindy Nichols of Sand Springs, Ok.;
Stacey Hightower of Tulsa, Ok. who he raised as his own daughter;
5 Sons: James Hendrix, Jr. of Prue, Ok.,
Steve Hendrix of Sand Springs, Ok., Randall Hendrix of Carlisle, Pa., 
Jeff Hendrix of Houston, Tx., and Rustin Hendrix of Ca.;
23 Grandchildren;
9 Great Grandchildren;
3 Brothers: John Hendrix of Seminole, Ok.,
Jack Hendrix, Jr. of Newalla, Ok.,
and William Hendrix of Red Bluff, Ca.; 
and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends;

He was preceded in death by his parents:
Mr. Alex Jack Hendrix and Mrs. Jessie Mae Hendrix;
13 brothers and sisters.
