Rita Faye Harlow was born December 29, 1949 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the daughter of James Bullington, Sr. and Anna Lee (Winters) Bullington. She married Troy Lee Harlow on July 30, 1971 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Harlow passed this life on April 19, 2016 in Muldrow, Oklahoma at the age of 66.
She leaves to mourn to her passing:

she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Harlow; 1 granddaughter, Madison Hopkins and her parents, James Bullington, Sr and Anna (Winters) Bullington
Funeral service will be Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 10 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial will be at Akins Cemetery.
Viewing will be Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory
Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet from 5 - 8 pm.
