Hazel Anderson Hamilton was born February 2, 1917 in Tar Fork community, Kentucky, the daughter of Kelly Hamilton and Esther Walters Hamilton. She was married to Jim Anderson on June 21, 1942 in Oakland, California. He preceded her in death. Her second husband, Clyde Osborne and third husband, Fred Hamilton also preceded her in death. Mrs. Hamilton passed this life on June 20, 2012 in Glenpool, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 95 years, 4 months and 18 days.

Jimmy and Theresa Anderson of Van Buren, AR and
Richard and Cheryl Anderson of Tulsa, OK

and 5 great great grandchildren
1 sister: Lois Nolen of Laurel, KY
5 brothers: Marcus, Enoch, Ray, Ronald and Jim Hamilton
