Mr. Alvie Lee Hamby
1945 - 2008

Mr. Hamby was born March 4, 1945 in Kansas City, Missouri,
the son of Buen Vester Hamby and Rebecca Francis "Fannie" Moore Hamby. 
He worked at Whirlpool for 32 years as a paint mixer and was a U.S. Army veteran. 
Mr. Hamby passed this life on September 4, 2008 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas
after having attained the age of 63 years and 6 months.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Tonya Dyer of Van Buren, Arkansas
and Mekesha Christenberry of Muldrow, Oklahoma
7 grandchildren: Bayleigh Morgan and Joe Bryce McKenzie,
Courtney Laney-Hamby,
Ethan, Brandi, Sarah and Zackery Christenberry
2 brothers: Harold Etter of Raytown, Missouri
and Teddy Etter of Florida
several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 sister and 3 brothers
