Joella Green was born May 6, 1923 in Dora, Oklahoma, the daughter of William Robert Harvey and Mittie Jane (Beavers) Harvey. She was married to George Roscoe Green on July 24, 1941 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on May 14, 1968. Mrs. Green passed this life on March 29, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 93.

1 son: Mark Green and wife, Joy of Sallisaw, OK
18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Roscoe Green; 2 sons, Earnest and Norman Green; her parents, William and Mittie Harvey; 4 sisters, Goldie James, Faye Tucker, Flora Choate, and Ola Mae Childers; 3 brothers, Marvin, Calvin, and Leonard Harvey; 3 grandchildren, Susan Bain, Charles Allen Green and Gregory Todd Green; and son in law, Bill Brown
Funeral service is Friday, March 31, 2017 at 10 am at Trinity Holiness Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial is at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing is Thursday from Noon - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home.
