Paula Diane Goodwin, 53 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, May 27, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was born November 18, 1963 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Shelba Paulette (Rogers) McClure and Linville Paul Merrill. She married Daryl Goodwin on June 21, 1985 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Paula was a social worker for Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

2 sons: Jacob Wayne Goodwin and wife, Christy of Muldrow, OK and Jace Olliever Goodwin of Stillwater, OK
5 grandchildren: Abigail and Isaac Goodwin, Bruce Miller, Rush and Rowdy Miller
Mother and step-father: Shelba and Dennis McClure of Sallisaw, OK
1 sister: Theresa Rogers and husband, Jay of Bixby, OK
1 brother: Linville Paul Merrill and wife, Rhonda of Sallisaw, OK
numerous other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home.
Active pallbearers will be Tom Rogers, Jimmy Dale Rogers, Darrell Rogers, Jay Rogers, Brian Rogers and Gary Rogers.
Viewing will be Tuesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 - 8 pm.
