Brother Joe Fowler, 82, of Gans, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017 in Gans, Oklahoma. He was born January 17, 1935 in Claremore, Oklahoma the son of Theodore Fowler and Ramona Sue (Downing) Fowler. He was married to Ginger Reese on September 14, 1981 in Greenwood, Arkansas. He was a lifelong minister, a U.S. Air Force Veteran and a Child of the King.

2 daughters and 1 son in law: Kassandra and Michael Cullipher of Sallisaw, OK
and Athena Fowler of Sallisaw, OK
10 grandchildren: Talia Arthur of the home, Trinity, Cristen, Eli and Aiden Peters, Faith and Hope Anglen, and Anistyn, Aviery, and Laiklynn Cullipher
numerous other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his son, Rick Fowler; his parents, Theodore and Ramona Fowler; and brother, Teddy Fowler
Funeral service is Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 10 am at the Family Life Center in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Gans Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing is Wednesday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
