Keith Arnold Foreman was born May 5, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Kenneth Arnold Foreman and Elsie Nadine Copeland Foreman. He married Shelli Renae Perkins on June 14, 1985 in Bakersfield, California. Mr. Foreman passed this life on June 18, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 47 years, 1 month and 13 days.
