Howard James Flanagan was born December 3, 1925 in Witt Springs, Arkansas, the son of Elcy Eugene Flanagan and Bertha Perigo Flanagan. He was a welder and member of Central Christian Church in Wichita, Kansas. Mr. Flanagan passed this life on December 16, 2010 in Wichita, Kansas after having attained the age of 85 years and 13 days.
