Mr. Carl E. Eubanks was born May 13, 1936 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Charles Ray Eubanks and Frances Anetta Cotney Eubanks. He attended First Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Eubanks passed this life on June 3, 2008 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained
the age of 72 years and 20 days.
