Lisa (Asbill) Ellis was born November 2, 1962 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the daughter of Harold Dale "Bud" Asbill and Laveda Mae (Watts) Asbill. She was married to James Howard Rutledge on April 3, 1998 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mrs. Ellis was a homemaker and a baptist. She passed this life on February 10, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 46 years, 3 months and 8 days.
