Jo Ann (McAllister) Elkins was born December 13, 1939 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the daughter of Jack and Catherine (Pryor) McAffee McAllister. She was a homemaker and one of Jehovah's Witnesses. She passed this life on November 13, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 75.
