Wilma Mae Ritter Elbon was born March 13, 1928 in Blackgum Community, Oklahoma, the daughter of Albert Birch Ritter and Lela Ethel McFarland Ritter. She married John Jonas Elbon on March 6, 1943 in Vian, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on March 29, 2000 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mrs. Elbon passed this life on October 28, 2012 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 84.
