Rhonda Winkler Eiffert was born July 6, 1971 in Newton, Kansas, the daughters of Johnny Lee Winkler and Edna Faye (Richardson) Winkler. She married Keith Walter Eiffert on January 20, 2005 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Eiffert passed this life on May 19, 2010 in Muskogee, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 38 years, 10 months and 13 days.
