Mr. Edwards was born August 4, 1943 in Vian, Ok., the son of Thomas Woodrow Edwards and Margaret Ellen Wallace Edwards. He was married to Cynthia Renee Johnson in Topeka, Kansas. Mr. Edwards was a construction foreman for BRB Contractors, a baptist and a US Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. He passed this life on January 20, 2007 in Sallisaw, Ok.
Survivors are:

3 daughters and 1 son in law: Melissa and James Adkison of Tulsa, Ok.
Melinda Willis of Tahlequah, Ok. and
Angela Wood of Jamesport, Mo.
1 son: Austin Ledford of Kansas City, Mo.
3 grandchildren: Morgan Adkison, Lexi Wyant and Byran Wyant
2 brothers: Kenny Edwards of Vian, Ok. and
Jim Edwards of Catoosa, Ok.
He was preceded in death by his father: Woodrow Edwards and 1 sister: Sue Edwards
