Finis Warren Edwards was born February 25, 1921 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. The son of
Grover Cleveland Edwards and Mary Frances McGehee Edwards. He married
Bessie Louise Ross Edwards on February 23, 1944 in Gans, Oklahoma. He passed this life on April 13, 2007 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of
86 years, 1 month and 18 days.
Survivors are:
wife: Bessie of the home;
1 son and daughter-in-law: Larry and Charlotte Edwards of Muldrow, Ok.;
1 daughter: Pat Vaughn of Muldrow, Ok.;
4 grandchildren: Lisa Laney, Jerry Dale Bledsoe, Vince Edwards, and Misty Bynum;
5 great grandchildren;
1 niece: Sheila Hudson, of the home who they have raised;
Several other nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by 1 great grandson: Hayden Dean, 1 brother: Jack Edwards,
1 sister: Audrey Sharp, and his parents: Grover and Essie Edwards. |
