Janice Lee Duncan was born October 3, 1954 in Odessa, Texas, the daughter of William Earl Duncan and Jane Louise (London) Duncan. She was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a typesetter. She passed this life on April 6, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 62.
She leaves to mourn her passing:

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jane Duncan
Graveside service is Monday, April 10, 2017 at 11 am at Ft. Smith National Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Muldrow.
Viewing is Sunday from 2 - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
