Mrs. Joyce Lahoma Drake was born March 13, 1917 in Cottonwood Community, Oklahoma. The daughter of Washburn Lee and Ellen Taylor Lee. She was a retired Sequoyah County Foster Grandparent at the Muldrow Elementary Schools and an Avon Sales Associate for over 30 years. Mrs. Drake passed this life on May 29, 2007 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 90 years, 2 months and 16 days.
Survivors are:
2 daughters and 1 son in law: June McCollom of Lake Tenkiller, Ok., and
Regina and Edmond Morgan of Muldrow, Ok.;
2 sons and 2 daughters in law: Timothy and Shirley Laney of Muldrow, Ok., and
Paul and Claudine Laney of Lake Tenkiller, Ok.;
10 grandchildren;
20 great grandchildren;
3 great great grandchildren;
1 sister: Emma Farmer of Muldrow, Ok.;
1 brother: Wash Lee, Jr. of Fresno, Ca.;
several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husbands: Ira Paul Laney, Ernest Broyles, and Seymour Drake; parents; 2 sisters: Lucille and Marie;
and 3 brothers: Herbert, Ed, and Paul; |
