Allen David Drake was born March 13, 1964 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Norman Stafford Drake and Barbara Ellen Blasingame Drake. Mr. Drake passed this life on May 25, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 48 years, 2 months and 12 days.

Nicole Allen and Jessica Blount of Sallisaw, OK
and Samantha Drake of Ft. Smith, AR
3 sons: Davis and Jaden Drake of Sallisaw, OK
and Cody Drake of Ft. Smith, AR
5 grandchildren
father and step-mother: Stafford and Lynette Drake
4 sisters: Cheryl Christian, Kelly Miller, DaLyn Winton,
and Tana Morgan, all of Sallisaw, OK
2 half-brothers: Steven Stewart and Joe Raymon Stewart, Jr.
