Mr. Phillip Howard Delancey was born June 2, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Irven O. Delancy and Linda Darlene (Anglen) Delancy. He was married to Teresa Lea Owens on Jan. 27, 1990 in Vian, Oklahoma. Mr. Delancy was a road construction superintendant for North Florida Emulsion and of the baptist faith. He passed this life on March 8, 2009 in Muskogee, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 40 years, 9 months and 6 days.

Wife: Teresa of the home
2 sons and 1 daughter in law: Zachary Delancy and Aurora Miller of Vian, Ok.
and Dustin Delancy of the home
1 grandson: Jesse Dale Delancy of Vian, Ok.
mother: Linda Delancy Lane and Larry of Vian, Ok.
father: Irven Delancy of Vian, Ok.
2 brothers: Keith Delancy of Nagadoches, La.
and Mark Mauch of Warner, Ok.
