Ruth Ann Dean was born September 21, 1947 in Malden, Missouri, the daughter of Carl Nathaniel Johnson and Lena Bell (Dalton) Johnson. She married Ronnie Lee Dean on June 3, 1977 in Van Buren,Arkansas. Mrs. Dean passed this life on December 20, 2015 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 68. She leaves to mourn her passing: Husband: Ronnie of the home 2 daughters: Carlene Goff of Sallisaw, OK and Racheal Dugger of Alma, AR 3 sons: Joseph Mosby, Jr. of Muldrow, OK, James Mosby of Greenwood, AR  and Jacky Mosby of Van Buren, AR 21 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren 1 sister: Mattie House of Sallisaw, OK 1 brother: Dale Johnson of Greenwood, AR numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother: Jack Isaac Johnson, 1 grandson and 1 great grandson Graveside service will be Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10 am at Akins Cemetery. The family will greet Tuesday from 6 - 8 pm at the funeral home. Active Pallbearers are Joseph Mosby, James Mosby, Jacky Mosby, Jimmy Petree, Nathaniel Mosby and James Brown Honorary Pallbearers are Christopher Mosby, Jarod Robison, Tyler Mosby, Austin Mosby, Braden Scheulen,  Blaze Scheulen and Jimmy Petree, III.
