Edward David DeCou was born June 3, 1933 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the son of Forrest DeCou and Bertha Bougham DeCou. Mr. DeCou passed this life on August 20, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 79 years, 2 months and 17 days.
