Patsy Ann Davis was born July 8, 1958 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Oscar Davis and Gladys Martin Davis. Mrs. Davis was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She passed this life on May 31, 2012 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 53 years, 10 months and 24 days.
