Jack C. Davis was born March 18, 1934 in Blackgum community, Oklahoma, the son of Charlie Amburs Davis and Lula Ann McFarland Davis. He married Geneva Belle Nunley Davis on July 5, 2002 in Miami, Oklahoma. Mr. Davis passed this life on January 31, 2011 in Vian, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 76 years, 10 months and 13 days.

He was preceded in death by his parents,
