Bill Dalton, 73, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was born January 30, 1943 in Page, Oklahoma the son of William Clifton Dalton and Rita (Wise) Dalton. He was retired Maintenance from Sequoyah Memorial Hospital and a member of Calvary Temple Church. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and received the National Defense Service Medal and Vietnam Service Medal. He was very proud of his Church.
Survivors are:
wife: Carol Holt-Dalton of the home
2 daughters: Rena Rogers and husband Kirby of Muldrow, OK and Teresa Carter of McAlister, OK
3 step sons:Doug Shockey of Sallisaw, OK, David Eslinger and Euell Eslinger
13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren
1 sister: Easter Jenkins of Ft. Smith, AR
1 brother: Henry Dalton of Cameron, OK
He was preceded in death by his parents
Graveside service is Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 10 am at Akins Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing will be Wednesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet friends from 5 - 7 pm at the funeral home.
