Ronald R. Czarnecki was born March 5, 1938 in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Raymond Czarnecki and Mildred Schmidt Czarnecki. He married Barbara O'Brien on March 21, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Czarnecki was a welder and a Catholic. He passed this life on December 5, 2012 in Gore, Oklahoma at the age of 74.
