Ronald A. Cuevas, 80 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma passed away May 23, 2017 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was born October 26, 1936 in Los Angeles, California, the son of Virginia (Amador) Cuevas and Pedro Cuevas. He was married to Bertha Mae Cullipher on December 13, 1981 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She preceded him in death on October 27, 2002 in Van Buren, Arkansas. Mr. Cuevas was a U.S. Army veteran, a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service and a Catholic.

1 step daughter: Joyce Wiseheart of Sallisaw, OK
numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren
2 sisters: Norma Cuevas of Asuza, CA and Adrianna Hernandez of Duarte, CA
3 brothers: Manuel Cuevas of Youngtown, AZ, Steven Cuevas of Pomona, CA and Rudy Cuevas Garcia
numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his wife and parents
Graveside services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Akins Cemetery
under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
Viewing will be 10 am - 8 pm Saturday and 2 - 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
