Mr. Carl Edward Covington was born March 4, 1946 in Gore, Oklahoma, the son of John Covington and Mary Kidd Covington. He married Sandra Gayle Stovall Covington on December 30, 1998 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Covington passed this life on December 24, 2008 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 62 years, 9 months, and 20 days.
