Charles Andrew Cooper, Sr., 72, of Vian, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He was born April 29, 1944 in Oakland, California the son of Merlene (Jackson) Cooper. He married Betty Joyce Carter on September 25, 1999 in Stockton, California. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and a supervisor at Army Air Force Exchange Warehouse.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Merlene Cooper and step son, Frederick Wright
Funeral service is Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 9:30 am at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at U.S. National Cemetery in Ft. Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Viewing will be Tuesday 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
