Mr. Cook was born September 1, 1916 in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma , the son of Monroe Cook and Rosa Alice Richardson Cook. He married Lora Junita Eldridge Cook on August 11, 1936 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Cook was a farm worker in California in the 1930's and the Owner of Cook Auto Parts and Kingfisher Pontiac, Buick, GMC dealership in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Mr. Cook passed this life on November 12, 2006 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 90 years, 2 months and 12 days.

3 grandchildren: Jeffrey Wayne Cook, Kristin Lynn Davidson
and Tiffany Laine Baker,
