Lorraine Zelamae Cook was born March 12, 1924 in Excelsior, Arkansas, the daughter of George Martin and Rosie Bray Martin. She married Othel Columbus Cook on September 7, 1939 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on June 29, 2004 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Mrs. Cook passed this life on January 14, 2011 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 86 years, 10 months and 2 days.
Survivors are:
5 sons and daughters in law: Paul and Pat Cook,
Cletus and Bertha Cook, Othel Jr. and Deborah Cook, Herschel and Patsy Cook, and Laurel and Debbie Cook, all of Muldrow, Ok
17 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren
and 24 great great grandchildren
1 sister: Pauline Caughran
several other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends
she was preceded in death by her husband,
1 daughter: Linda Darden, 1 son: Grady Cook,
2 grandson: Grady Lee Cook and Darrel Cook,
