Keith Benson Cook was born April 16, 1963 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the son of Jerry Benson Cook and and Judy Mae (Lewis) Bowman. Mr. Cook passed this life on January 18, 2010 in Muldrow, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
46 years, 9 months and 2 days.

2 daughters and 1 son in law:
Amanda and David King of Coweta, Ok.
and Shelby Cook of Mounds, Ok.
1 grandson: David King, Jr.
