David Lynn Collins was born April 4, 1950 in Napa, California, the son of Dawson Collins and Nedra (Ridgeway) Collins. He married Catherine Louise (Long) Collins on June 12, 1975 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Mr. Collins passed this life on May 3, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of
59 years and 29 days.
