Inez (Shanks) Cole, 72, of Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was born July 12, 1943 in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, the daughter of Don and Francis (Woods) Shanks. She married Robert Wayne Cole on June 8, 1963 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on June 5, 2015 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. Cole was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

1 son: Donald Cole of Oklahoma City, OK
8 grandchildren: Marcus Larsen, Leala Larsen, Jessica McKinney, Shiloh Wiedel, Tressa Obert,
Kaylee Obert, Carl Obert, Jr. and Timber McKinney
6 great grandchildren: John Marcus Larsen, Aubri Franco, Hunter Franco,
Roberto Miguel Garduno-Chicho, Jr., Dalleigh Wiedel and Paisley Wiedel
3 sisters: Yvonne Huff of Gore, OK, Linda Goodman of Gore, OK, and Gertie Tracy of Gore, OK,
5 brothers: Bill Shanks of Webbers Falls, OK, Tommy Shanks of Gore, OK,
Charley Shanks of Gore, OK, Bob Shanks of Salina, KS and Rick Shanks of Gore, OK
several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents
Funeral service is Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 10 am at First Baptist Church in Gore, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Gore.
Viewing will be Friday from 10 am - 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Gore, Oklahoma.
