Joyce Ann (Foutch) Coffman was born January 28, 1949 in Oakdale, California, the daughter of Cecil Owen Foutch and Myrtle Iantha (Mynear) Foutch. Mrs. Coffman passed this life on November 2, 2009 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas after having attained the age of 60 years, 9 months and 5 days.
Survivors are:
2 daughters: Mellissa Rowe and Paula Helms of Sallisaw, Ok.
1 son: Damon Coffman of Ft. Smith, Ar.
4 grandchildren: Vanessa, Audra, Karine and Bailie
3 sisters: Willora Day of Citrus Heights, Ca.,
Linda Preston and Rita Tederman of Stockton, Ca.
3 brothers: Walter Foutch of Southerland, Or.,
Alan Foutch of Sallisaw, Ok. and Gary Foutch of Oakdale, Ca.
